Is a series of European style rally & hill clime race organized by SCCA (Sports Car Club America) and this year, 10 events are held throughout United States. Subaru Rally Team USA enters the series with 2 Subaru Impreza WRC. The drivers are Mark Lovell, the defending Champion and the ace-driver for the team, and young Ramana Lagemann. There is also many other Subaru Impreza in the series outside of this.

The first race of the season was held as one-day event in the snow and ice covered Michigan. However, the warm climate this year brought much of mud uncovered to create difficult track conditions. Lovell, the ace-driver was much affected by the mistake on the first day, finished the race in 2nd place. Lagemann finished in 7th. Patrick Richard was 4th, and Mark Utecht of Group N came in 8th. The 2nd round started from Chattanooga, Tennessee throughout the hills of the early spring. Lovell came in 3rd and Lagemann was 4th. The winner of the race was David Higgins competing with AV Sports Impreza.

Round 3 was in Oregon at the rite of the Spring.. The event was held in a style with the first day the night rally, and the second with day rally. Lovell retired from the race on the first day, while Lagemann held in tight in 2nd place until the very end, however, went off track and had to retire. Higgins was the hero for two consecutive events. Round 4 was also held in the same style. This race in California is known to be one of the toughest races to compete in the whole series. Special guest performance was made by Petter Solberg of SWRT who demonstrated a dynamic driving on the Special Stage. Lovell from Subaru Rally Team USA had an accident in the beginning, a failure leading him to finish in 4th place. For Lagemann, much was expected when he finished the first day in 2nd place with his new co-driver, but the trouble in the engine had him misfortunately retire from the race. The winner once again was Higgins on Impreza, three consecutive victories. In the other Impreza, Karl Scheilble came in 3rd, Paul Eklund 6th, Scott Trinder 8th, Doug Havir 9th, and Craig Peeper of Group N was 10th.

Round 5 were also a Night & Day event in Pennsylvania. Lovell finished in close 2nd place but leaving with much to expect for the next round. Lagemann had to retire the race once again for the 3 races in a row with a brake problem. The winner of the event was once again Higgins on Impreza, leading him to his fourth consecutive victories. Among other Subaru cars, Peter Thomson of Group N finished in 7th. Round 6 was the world-renowned traditional Pikes Peaks Hillclimb. The first time to enter for Lovell and Lagemann, but Lovell successfully finished the race with victory, and Lagemann in the 4th place. Havir was 6th, Lon Peterson was 7th, and Trinder was 10th. After the end of Round 6, Lovell is ranked in 3rd and Lagemann is ranked 6th in the series.
