For SUBARU, it was a hugely-rewarding rally, the first four places in Group N going to the Japanese manufacturer. Behind Latvala, Kiwi driver Richard Mason secured second place on the last of the morning group of tests, with newcomer Alexander Dorosinskiy leaping two places on the final stage to take a podium on his first-ever world championship event. Japanese rookie Takuma Kamada was fourth.
